Privacy
What you send
Only the Adyen report files you choose to upload, and only after your browser has checked that they contain no personal data such as cardholder names, card numbers, emails or IP addresses. The server checks them again and refuses files that fail.
What happens to them
Your files are read in the server's memory and in a temporary folder to build your report. They are deleted as soon as the report has been sent back to you. They are not stored, not shared and not used for anything else.
Removing personal data
The page that removes personal columns from a report runs entirely in your browser. The file you pick there is never uploaded.
Logs and cookies
Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs (time, page, status and IP address). File names and file contents are not written to them. The site sets one technical cookie to protect the upload form; there is no tracking and no account.

FeeTeardown is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adyen.
